DC] PICKUP AND DELIVERY After many years of trying to work with people in the DC area, we have reluctantly agreed to take in radios by personal delivery, and when completed, personal pick up. Those wishing to do this will be given an address, by EMAIL, after a repair deposit has been paid. As emphasized elsewhere on this site, our preferred means of communication is EMAIL. Phone is used only as a last resort, because of telephone tag problems. Times available for intake of radios, or pickup of radios is- M-F 2-4 PM and SAT 2-3PM* *Please send me an email, with the approximate time of pickup or delivery, just to be sure I am in the shop. I have tried, in the past, to accommodate people with various weekend times, but over 80% of the people who scheduled a pick up or drop off were "no shows". Thus those times above are the complete window for delivery and pickup. If it is difficult to schedule around this, then by all means ship the radio to us using a convenient pack and ship store. Over 90% of our radios come in by UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS.
